NMAT 2018 Exam Pattern – GMAC (Graduate Management Admission council) has prescribed the examination pattern for NMAT 2018. The candidates must be familiar with the examination pattern before they appear for the management entrance examination. The entrance examination opens the gate for the number of management seekers across the country. The registration will commence from October 4 2018 and will continue until December 7 2018. The examination will be conducted in a online mode i.e. it will be a computer- based test. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours. The examination will be divided into three sections.  There will be total 120 multiple choice questions. Marking scheme- one mark will be awarded to each correct response. There is no negative marking in the examination. There will not be any deduction of marks for unattempted questions.

Duration- The candidates will be 2 hours to complete the entrance examination. The candidates are not allowed to switch the sections during the examination.

The registration for NMAT 2018 has commenced from July 3 2018 and will continue until October 3 2018. The eligible candidates can fill the NMAT 2018 Application from October 4 to December 17 2018. The application fee for NMAT 2018 has increased to Rs 2000+ taxes ( for early registration).

 

The NMAT 2018 will be conducted in 44 centres across the country as well as abroad. the conducting authority will declare the result of NMAT 2018 in the third week of January 2019.  After the declaration of result, the candidates have to appear for the further rounds of selection procedure which includes the personal interview, the group discussion.

In group discussion randomly 10 students are selected and will given a random topic. It depends on the interviewer when to start or stop. In personal interview the candidate will be tests on the basis of the performance in the examination, passion for MBA and work experience (If any).

After testing the candidates on the basis of various parameters, the conducting body will release the final list of the selected students.
