NDA 2019

NDA 2019 will be organized by the official authority UPSC with the motive to select eligible and capable candidates for three wings that is Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Airforce. UPSC or Union Public Service Commission conducts NDA twice in a year. Candidates who have motivation and ability to serve the Nation can fill the NDA application form 2019 which will be available on 9th January 2019 for NDA 1 and 7th August 2019 for NDA 2. NDA is conducted in different stages, candidates will first appear in the written examination that will be held on 21st April 2019 for NDA 1 and 17th November 2019 for NDA 2.Then candidate need to appear in SSB and medical as well as physical test. NDA 2019: Eligibility Criteria 2019

  1. Nationality: Candidate applying for NDA 2019 should be a citizen of India. Migrants of other states can apply but should satisfy the norms set by the Government of India.
  2. Age Limit:
  • For NDA I- Candidate should be born between 2ndJuly 2000 to 1st July 2003.
  • For NDA II- Candidates should be born between 2ndJanuary 2001 to 1st July 2004.

 

  1. Marital Status:
  • Applying candidate should be unmarried male only.
  • Candidate should not marry until completion of training.
  1. Educational Qualification:
  • For Indian Army:Candidate should have qualified or appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
  • For Air Force & Naval and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidate should have passed or appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam with physics and mathematics as core subjects.
  1. Physical Standards:
  • Candidates should satisfy the physical standards as implemented by authority.

Note:Candidates who have resigned/withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any of the training academies of Armed Forces are not be eligible to apply.

  1. Mathematic:Determinant of a matrix, trigonometrically ratios, trigonometric identities sum and difference formulae, distance formula. equation of a line in various forms, angle between two lines, one to one, onto and inverse functions, notion of limit, standard limits,Concept of set, operations on sets, venn diagrams, types of matrices, operations on matrices, distance of a point from a line, equation of a circle in standard and in general form, composite functions etc.
  2. General Aptitude Test
  • English:Vocabulary, grammar and usage, comprehension and cohesion etc.
  • General Knowledge: Questions from physics, chemistry, general science, geography, current events, history, freedom movement, etc.
